Delivery
Delivery within South Africa is free of transport charge for orders over R1,500; orders below this amount will incur a shipping fee of R200.

Returns

• To facilitate a return please email a request to “support@lunamar.co.za” notifying us of your return and we will schedule a collection.
• Online purchases cannot be returned to a Lunamar store.

We will arrange a courier collection and accept back all returns on condition that:

• Goods are returned within 30 days of original purchase date.
• The goods are in original condition with all tags and labels in place.

After receipt and inspection, and assuming the above pre-requisites are matched, we will do a refund, to your card or bank account. The value of the good returned will be credited minus an admin and handling fee which will be calculated as follows:

• For 1-5 items returned, a fee of R175 will be levied and deducted from the refund due
• For 6-10 items returned, a fee of R350 will be levied and deducted from the refund due
• If more than 10 garments are returned, we will deduct the actual courier cost charged by the courier to the return the goods, from the refund due.
