Do you need assistance or information regarding your order, deliveries or returns , please contact the Distribution Centre. Send us an email to: support@lunamar.co.za or phone us on 021-532 1514 during business hours: Mondays to Thursdays: 7h30 to 15h30 and Fridays: 7h30 to 14h00.
We accept via our secure payment partners Stitch Express:

Currently we only ship within South Africa
We endeavour to deliver within 3-5 business days. Orders are shipped using various courier services. Please provide an address where you will be located during business hours to ensure no further delays.
Delivery
Delivery within South Africa is free of transport charge for orders over R1,500 ; orders below this amount will incur a shipping fee of R200.
Returns
After receipt and inspection, and assuming the above pre-requisites are matched, we will do a refund, to your card or bank account. The value of the good returned will be credited minus an admin and handling fee which will be calculated as follows:
o For 1-5 items returned, a fee of R175 will be levied and deducted from the refund due
o For 6-10 items returned, a fee of R350 will be levied and deducted from the refund due
o If more than 10 garments are returned, we will deduct the actual courier cost charged to the returngoods, from the refund due.
